Location location location. its actually located at Jalan Kampung Air 5 not at Jln Laiman Diki. Just a stone throw away from Center Point, a few minutes away walk from the waterfront, behind the seafood foodcourt. Clean room, LCD tv & fantastic price
tv reception not good. the address is wrong, located at Jalan Kampung Air 5 not Jln Laiman Diki.

I like the location, it's not near the main road, yet still strategically located in the heart of KK, hence less noise. The room was nice since it is a new hotel. Basic facilities are available such as coffee making facilities and internet wifi was excellent, no problem with that. The reception named James/ Jimmy something is friendly and helpful too.
I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When we first arrive the hotel, it looks nice under the florescent light. On the next day, we find that the bed sheet was dirty, and there are condom leftovers in the dustbin, which means the room was not properly cleaned (I stayed at room 216 if I'm not mistaken). Hope the management will maintain the hotel cause it is a nice hotel.

It's in the center of the city, it's good for us 1st timer in the country. Can access any area; just walking... Thanks hope will be coming back soon.

The rooms were crisp and neat for the price.
The hotel staff spoke little to no English, so arranging Taxis and buses were a do-it-yourself mission.

The staff are very helpful and they are kind.
It would be better if each room accommodate with drinking bottle as a complementary.

Great location in kk, fairly quiet and central, near the night seafood markets. The room was basic but had the essentials and was comfortable & clean.
Staff don't speak English very well, so were unable to help us with information about the city (including sights to see, where to find internet cafes, etc). Door to the room had a very basic lock (didn't seem that secure), so you are reliant on the 24/7 staffing at front desk as security.

Nice location, 5 minutes from the actual centre of town. Clean showers, big flatscreen.
The WiFi didn't work in the room, allthough they did have 3 different routers for a 4 storey building. Could only access in the hallway or in the lobby :-/

The strategic location of that hotel, center of Kota Kinabalu..easy access to many attractive places (eg Pasar Filipina, banks, restaurants,KK waterfront etc)..the staffs are very friendly and helpful..the hotel environment is clean but need to improve on the cleanliness of pillow/bed sheet,blanket..
The so-called 'see-through' bathroom in our room..not so comfortable since I was travelling with a friend..the wi-fi signal is weak even our hotel room is on the 1st floor..need to improve on the cleanliness of pillow/bed sheet,blanket..

It's value for money, conveniently located for facilities
Power failure in Kota Kinabalu spoiled my night. the hotel was affected. Anyway it's not the hotel problem.
